Discover the magic of dancing as a practice that can support you in moving with and through what is happening in your life. Welcome to Dancing the Elements, a 5-week creative movement journey designed to help you work with and embody the essence of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit.

Through guided movement, music, and mindful practice, you’ll rediscover your body’s innate wisdom and the interconnectedness of all life. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or someone stepping into this space for the first time, you’ll feel the energy of each element come alive in you.

You’ll experience…

  • Earth: Grounding yourself in stability, strength, and presence.

  • Water: Flowing with the rhythms of your emotions, finding ease and adaptability.

  • Fire: Igniting your inner passion, courage, and transformation.

  • Air: Breathing in lightness, clarity, and expansion.

  • Spirit: Connecting to the ethereal, your soul, and the infinite.

With every session, you’ll embody these natural elements through music and movement, guided by Jelena’s expertise as a dancer, teacher and embodiment facilitator. Each element brings its own energy, helping you connect to and embrace all parts of yourself.

Introducing Jelena, your tempowerment facilitator

I’m Jelena, a dancer, yoga teacher, and empowerment facilitator. With over 15 years of experience in teaching, movement, and yoga, I have dedicated my life to helping others connect with their bodies and embrace their feminine essence. Through my workshops, retreats, and the Embodied Woman Empowerment Training I created in 2019, I guide women to step fully into their power through movement and embodiment practices.

My journey is deeply influenced by my Jamaican and Swiss heritage, instilling in me a love for rhythm and diverse cultural expression. Having transitioned from owning a dance and yoga studio, I now share my philosophy of "Embodiment & Empowerment as Medicine" globally, encouraging individuals to embrace the dance of life and foster deeper unity and connection.

A note from Nora, founder

The magic of conscious movement is that it is a process that can hold it all. A process that is a mirror, that you will experience the way you are, and that gives you the opportunity to move if what you see is not what you wish to embody. You can move with what is, you can move through it, and you can move into a new potential. And all of this happens not because you think it, but simply because you move. Because you dance. That, for me, is magic.

Since I started this type of dancing in 2018, I am more settled in who I am, more accepting of both myself and the world, and more present. More present in my body, and more present in the moment. I will forever be grateful for the power of movement, the power of dancing.

Over the last few years, I have been blessed to take part in magical gatherings, countless different practices, and occasionally to hold a space for conscious movement myself. I'm so thrilled to now welcome my dear sister, friend and fellow dancer into the ranks of the well's teachers: Jelena Devi.

Jelena is an intuitive dancer, yogini, and empowerment facilitator with 15+ years of experience guiding others into a deeper connection with their bodies and embracing their essence. Jelena's journey is influenced by her Jamaican and Swiss heritage, which instilled her with a love for rhythm and diverse cultural expression at an early age. Today, she shares her philosophy of "Embodiment & Empowerment as Medicine" globally through a variety of workshops, retreats, and training programs. She truly is sunshine in human form, and I couldn’t imagine a better teacher to guide us in reconnecting with our bodies, nature and each other. I can’t wait for you to experience both the magic of conscious movement, and of Jelena’s teachings in this Journey!

Do I need any dance experience to join?

No, Dancing the Elements is open to everyone, regardless of experience. The focus is on moving authentically and connecting to the elements, not mastering dance techniques.

What if I can't keep a weekly rhythm?

No worries! Each session is recorded, so you can revisit it at your own pace, whenever you feel called to move. We recommend to go through this Journey over the course of 5 weeks, but if you wanted you could do an intensive version in one week, or stretch it out over multiple months. You have lifetime access, so you can go back to the videos as long as the offer exists.
