Sometimes we don’t realise how many questions we’re carrying… until the weight makes us tired. Not because we’re doing something wrong but because the mind isn’t meant to hold everything on its own.

Living the Question

Art brings what’s inside into the light. Not by explaining it, but by letting it move.

Art-making isn’t about producing something beautiful.
It’s about giving shape to what’s been sitting within you:

All of nature functions in cycles 🌿 yet we’re often told our lives and work must be linear.

That’s not how ecosystems work, and we are ecosystems too.

I began to live by the Celtic understanding of the seasons:
