Nature speaks (6 week self-paced journey)
“A walk in nature, walks the soul back home”- Mary Davis
An experiential and sensory immersion into nature through creative play. In this artmaking journey, guided by Michelle Knight, trained Awakening the Spirit Through Art (ASTAR) facilitator, we explore each of the elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) that exist both in nature and within ourselves; thereby allowing the wisdom inherent therein to provide nourishment, guidance and inspiration for the soul.
This journey will unfold in a weekly rhythm of creating over 6 weeks, starting on Monday 06th of may, and ending on Monday 10th of June 2024. You will receive the recordings of full-length live workshops (~2.5h each), which you can complete in your own time on a weekly basis, or spacing them out more. No art experience needed!

This artmaking journey will be an experiential, hands-on, sensory immersion into nature, using materials sourced from nature to inspire creative play. We will allow the Elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether) that exist both in nature and within ourselves to guide the artmaking journey and at the same time, to activate and support the corresponding chakras in the body - to enliven and balance these energy centres. In this way, we invite in the abundant nourishment, inspiration, support and perspective that nature offers us, allowing it to feed us its “medicine”. In the words of Vincent van Gogh “…and then, I have nature and art and poetry, and if that is not enough, what is enough?”

This journey is a wonderful opportunity to dive deep and immerse yourself in nature, drawing on the wisdom therein as guidance, support and inspiration in these challenging times. Equally, it is a wonderful opportunity to experience artmaking as a weekly wellbeing practice for body, mind and soul.
Structure
Self-paced version: You will receive access to the recordings of the live workshops and be able to do them whenever suits you best. You will have the opportunity to ask Michelle questions via direct message. If you feel you would benefit from more guidance, you can book an additional 1-1 session with Michelle for only 55€ per hour, 30€ per half hour.
Materials
The workshops included in this journey will use different types of art-making processes and materials. Easy to source materials, including from the home and garden, are typically sufficient for this art making experience. A recommended list will be provided upon registration.
Pricing
This journey is offered at two different price options depending on purchasing power:
For people living in countries with strong economies or currencies, or who experience a steady financial situation. Your contribution supports the participation of others.
For people living in countries with moderate economies or currencies, or who experience an uncertain financial situation.

A simple question is: can you afford to go on holiday twice a year? If you can, you are most likely in the high purchasing power group.
