Get Grounded

Find Stillness. Connect with Earth. Let her ground, nourish and inspire you.

Introducing Get Grounded

Get Grounded is an invitation to slow down, sink into presence, and reconnect with the steady heartbeat of the Earth. Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and hands-on clay work, this workshop offers a tactile, mindful exploration of Earth and her offerings

This isn’t just a workshop—it’s a pause, a practice, a ritual.

Let your hands shape what words cannot express. Let the earth guide you back to yourself.

You’ll Experience:

  • Creativity without pressure - no expectations, no “right” way to do it. This is your space to play, explore, and let your hands lead the way, free from judgment or the need to create something “perfect.”

  • Space to reflect and make sense of things - be gifted by the Earth - receive her guidance, nourishment and inspiration.

  • A pause from the noise of daily life - a moment that belongs to you. No distractions, no to-do lists. Just space to be, create, and reconnect with yourself.

  • A sense of belonging - both to yourself and to nature – slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting to the element of earth will help you find stillness and clarity in a chaotic world.

  • Motivation and inspiration to continue to protect and live in harmony with nature all around you.

This workshop is for you if you:

This workshop is for you if you’re craving a deeper connection to both the earth and yourself. If you long for a creative outlet that’s more about the experience than the outcome, where the focus is on feeling rather than finishing, this space is yours to explore.

It’s for those who seek a moment of stillness in a world that rarely slows down, a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

If the idea of meditative, hands-on exploration speaks to you—where your hands lead the way and creating with the clay becomes a grounding and inspiring experience—then this workshop is exactly where you need to be.
