Find Your Flow

Discover the wisdom in what wants to move

Online Self-Paced Workshop hosted by Michelle Knight

Introducing the Workshop

Find Your Flow is an invitation to slow down and give space to that which is moving within you..

Through guided meditation, reflective journaling and work with fluid materials such as ink, dyes or water-based pigments, this self-paced workshop supports you in softening, reconnecting with yourself and easing into creative expression and flow.

Rather than analysing or fixing anything, you are invited to trust the spontaneity and playfulness of water, its reflective nature, and also its commitment to flow and movement - water always finds a way… around, in, under and through.

This is not about making art that looks a certain way.

It is about letting go of a need to “produce” and rather softening into creative expression and flow.

A quiet practice.

A creative exploration.

A space to be without judgement. Focus on welcoming yourself as you are, not needing to think or feel or be any different.

You’ll Experience:

  • A gentler way to process what is alive within you
You will be guided to turn your attention inwards and gently notice what is present within you, giving it natural flow and creative expression through spontaneous and intuitive artmaking

  • Creative freedom without pressure
There is no right outcome, no skill required, and no expectation to produce something finished or polished. The focus is on process, not performance.

  • A pause from mental noise
The combination of meditation, journaling, spontaneous and playful artmaking, as well as the unpredictable, watery materials, encourages a letting go process, where the thinking mind is put on the back burner, and the heart is encouraged to lead the way.

  • A practice you can return to
Because this workshop is self-paced and recorded, you can revisit it whenever you need a moment of pause or reconnection.
